Ruggero Santilli is an Italian American who lives in Florida. He asks Italian and US courts to order some physicists to declare his paternity of some scientific issues (see the St. Petresburg Times - May 9th, 2007).
In order to pursue his target, he posts his accusals on the internet and he sued Fabio Cardone and Roberto Mignani for plagiarism, both in Rome (Italy) and Tampa (Florida USA).
The rebuttal to Santilli's accusations were given by the Italian and American courts which refuted Santilli's accusals, twice in Rome and once in Tampa as shown by the following documents.

Lawsuit against Santilli for Libel
Cardone and Mignani sued Santilli for libelling them by his internet site in which, the two plaintiffs state, he falsly accused them of plagiarism.
On June 25th 2008 an Italian Judge decided to bring these legal proceedings before the Court.

Il 25 Giugno 2008 il Giudice per l'Udienza Preliminare ha deciso il rinvio a giudizio di Santilli.
